Platform role
This directory connects travelers with property owners. The owner handles the rental relationship, including inquiries, screening, agreements, rent, deposits, move-in, maintenance, and disputes. The site does not verify each home, guarantee bookings, or process rent.
Accurate listings
List only a home you own or are authorized to offer. Use recent photos you have permission to publish. Give accurate location, availability, price, minimum stay, amenities, restrictions, and material property details. Update your dashboard promptly when anything changes and mark unavailable homes as unavailable.
Communication and fair housing
Respond to inquiries professionally and provide clear terms. Apply lawful, consistent screening and rental practices. Do not discriminate against applicants or guests on protected grounds.
Owner obligations
Comply with applicable housing, safety, licensing, tax, insurance, and landlord-tenant requirements. Verify prospective renters using lawful methods and prepare your own written rental agreement. Rent and deposit arrangements remain between owner and traveler, separate from this website’s listing fee checkout.
Listing publication and advertising
Listings publish automatically after payment is confirmed. No administrator approval is required. A paid Featured badge represents advertising placement only, not verification, a safety rating, or an endorsement. Acceptance
By submitting a listing and checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read this Host Agreement and the Terms of Service. Contact us before submitting if you have questions.
