These terms describe use of the Bay Area Furnished Homes directory. Last updated October 21, 2026.
What the site does
Bay Area Furnished Homes displays furnished housing listings and forwards property inquiries to listing owners. Travelers and owners communicate directly about a stay. The site does not book homes, collect rent or deposits, or become a party to a rental agreement.
Listings and information
Owners are responsible for accurate descriptions, photos, availability, pricing, and lawful rental terms. We may review, edit, decline, or remove listings that are inaccurate, unavailable, misleading, or inappropriate. Featured placement is advertising and does not mean a home or owner has been verified or endorsed.
Your decisions
Verify the property, identity, charges, lease, and suitability before exchanging money or signing an agreement. An inquiry does not hold a home. Owners handle screening, leases, deposits, rent, maintenance, and the stay.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not submit fraudulent listings, impersonate others, harass users, misuse contact information, or discriminate in housing. Follow applicable fair housing and rental laws.
Payments and changes
Optional listing upgrades are described at checkout. Annual pricing per property: $99 Standard, $129 Featured, or $149 Featured + Social. There are no booking or referral fees. Travelers contact owners directly for rental arrangements. Listings publish automatically after payment is confirmed. Annual checkout does not renew automatically. Payment is collected through Stripe when checkout is available. We may update these terms and post a revised date here. Contact us with questions before using a paid feature.
