A property’s street address and owner email are held for review and inquiry delivery rather than shown on the public listing. Listing photos and other published property details are public.
Who receives information
A property inquiry sends the traveler’s name, email address, and message to the listing owner. Website support requests go to our support team. Our hosting, email delivery, sign-in, photo storage, and payment providers process information needed to provide these functions.
Choices and requests
To correct a listing, sign in to the landlord dashboard. To ask about your information or request removal, use the contact form. We may retain records needed for site operations or dispute handling. Avoid sending government IDs, patient details, or sensitive medical information through the site.
Security and updates
We limit landlord dashboard access to signed-in owners and use a private key to link earlier listings. No online service can promise absolute security. If our practices change, we will update this page and its date.
